Hurdy Gurdy, Hurdy Gurdy, Hurdy Gurdy, Gurdy

Conflicting with every claim of their craft being something other than a one-sided and rather self-serving affair, that they never take but in fact share anything at all whether of themselves generally or their love, inspiring passions or just wanting to bring beauty into the world or make the world a better place, certain of the voluminous primadonna personality cult centerpieces are vocalizing their disbelief and despair at the world savagely depriving them of attentions in the time of a global pandemic. How arrogant all of time and space, for prioritizing life and death before giving them what they want, granting their wishes and making their dreams come true! Creation goes unobstructed. What is diminished is opportunity to be the focal point for the time, energy and resources of others. They might paint that any other way, but the camel toe persists with its desire as bluntly as costuming denies.

Fauci struggles to explain why Americans vaccinated should still refrain from travel, when obviously he is leery of similarly fragile egos which abound. None of the vaccines are even pretending to be 100% effective, with each offering additional side-effects. But even were the small grouping of birthday party attendees to have been effectively vaccinated, their clothes, the presents and other things they come into contact with are not. They can still be carriers, from the groceries at the store to the ATM machine for beer money. And what Fauci very likely struggles with saying aloud is that if the vast majority of Americans had been capable of cleaning themselves, regularly or adequately, there would currently be a half million more of them. There is a distinct reason why the USA has had more coronavirus casualties than any other nation. And why to this day well over half its population has never even been tested.

I may well be putting words into his mouth, but Katherine Shaver of the Washington Post seems to example the same inner turmoil, when she writes

The number of daily trips per person – when a cellphone moved more than a mile from home – had hovered around 90 percent of pre-pandemic levels since rebounding over the summer. But by mid-February, after a slight slump amid a surge in new cases, the number regularly started to exceed pre-pandemic travel.

she is finding a less offensive way of saying that at no point in the past 12 months did more than ten percent of the population (dumb enough to own self-tracking constructs of materialism) take necessary precautions. Because the self-pleasuring facade must be maintained, that Americans naturally and effortlessly kick butt as ever, lest the schadenfreude delicacy of their ideological foundations give way to the ebb and flow of a universe which could not fucking care less about the shear vanity of personal comfort levels, could not care less for the outrage over cause and effect naturally and effortlessly sharing a larger role in the grand scheme of things than any ego will make manifest.

Even without a pandemic the well-being of others keeps few Americans awake at night, with few Americans giving more time, energy and resources to charity than to their own entertainment. And when the personal pride, sloth and envy, greed and gluttony of much of the citizenry have evidently insisted that pandemic precautions need not apply to them directly, then much of the country was never actually under lock-down, despite all the big talkers across social media trying to one-up one another. The prospects of effectively vaccinating everyone on the planet is laughable so long as commerce gets final say, but until that happens some variant will always persist. Nowhere in the national conversation is there talk of vaccinating the millions of homeless Americans, who, ironically enough having already been banned from public spaces left and right, have probably suffered fewer fatalities than the rest. But when herd immunity depends intrinsically on many millions more dying, those unable or unwilling to float the egos of others have volunteered themselves in the eyes of proper society’s thoroughly lecherous standards and practices.

Maybe somebody will write a song about them.
